Kids Eat FREE, Balloon, Colouring Pages

Kids below 10 years old eat for free (1 free kids meal with 1 adult eating) on Fridays and weekends between noon to 3pm. Free kids meal include a selection of meatballs, sausages, pasta and fish sticks with free flow soft drinks and ice-cream desserts. Brussels Sprouts will also give each kid a balloon and colouring pages they can keep busy with. 4. Guan Hoe Soon

Peranakan Antiques Showcase

The modest brick-fronted restaurant is the oldest Peranakan restaurant in Singapore, dishing out local goodness since 1953. In addition to what could arguably be Singapore’s best Ayam Buah Keluak (Chicken with Black Nut) and Babi Panggang (Charcoal Grilled Pork), the restaurant also has rich historical and educational value. Lug the kids over to a showcase of Peranakan antiques with items, such as traditional bowls and spoons.

5. Hard Rock

Save-The-Planet Activities, Balloon, Hard Rock Button, Crayons

Kids under 12 years old have a menu selection of small world-famous burgers and a range of save-the-planet activities to play. Activities include colouring pages, mazes that lead to rainforests and pop quizzes. Each kid also gets a balloon, a Hard Rock button and crayons to colour in the colouring pages. Furthermore, Hard Rock donates $0.50 to The Garden City Fund for each menu that the kids have filled in (please ask the staff for more information).
