Meyers Kokken (Denmark)
One of the longest queues in the congress had to be at this stall, but we were determined to wait for the raving Porc Sandwich. It was a pleasure biting into tender roasted pork, crispy pork skin and crunchy juicy apple slices with special mustard dressing. Full of flavours and textures, this sandwich was so worth the wait!
La Guerrerense (Mexico)
These women cheered loudly with their hand clappers when a customer ordered the seafood tostada at level 3, the maximum spice level. The tostada may look petite in size, but it sure packs a fiery lot of punch, given that it contains 10 different kinds of chillis.
Nam Bo Sticky Rice Banana (Vietnam)
This Sticky Rice Banana from Vietnam is rich in flavour, wraps your palette and is completely savoury – unlike the occasionally bright and tangy mango sticky rice many of us are used to having in Thailand. We reckon you must try this!
