Oh how time flies! It’s barely a month to the festive season and we can hear the Christmas bells ringing. The same goes for Royale Restaurant at Mercure Bugis, except with a fun twist this time for the Christmas season! Expect a refreshed menu with over 40 scrumptious Yuletide dishes, and exotic delights like the Truffle Cheese Fondue, Executive Chef Nicholas Sia’s Signature Port Wine Glazed Rack of Lamb (which is extremely tender), at its Santa’s Christmas Circus Buffet that will be happening from 10 December 2018 to 1 January 2019.

Love the classic roasts? The 7-Spices Turkey with Homemade Chilli Sauce is sure to delight your taste buds! Marinated for 24 hours with 7 aromatic Peranakan spices, pair the juicy turkey meat with the chef’s specialty chilli sauce that is piquant with fragrant garlic.

Also, Royale’s X’mas desserts are not to be missed, especially the Ivory White Chocolate Log Cake – a deliciously moist vanilla sponge cake with generous amount of rich white chocolate cream filling! Specially curated by Royale’s own pastry Chef Man, you can also enjoy a great range of delightful treats like the cute Santa Claus Mini Cheesecake, Mini Christmas Cupcakes and more.
