From now till 7 July at Tampines Mall Level 1 and 2, anyone can have a taste of the northern sea. Learn the techniques of making Japanese fare in food demonstrations, or buy home authentic Japanese delicacies from Chitose, Hakodate, Nakashibetsu, Otaru, Sapporo, Obihiro and more. Delicacies include ikameshi, jaga kani, yaki, grilled and fresh seafood, tea, wine and different kinds of flavoured cheesecakes. If you search long enough you can even find beauty products.
