Every year they surprise by adding new things to their menu and leave us wanting more and more, so much so that we can’t wait for next year’s holiday season. This year is no different.
The well crafted set menu is set by the Head Chef Mirko Vini which includes highlights such as Bresaola Carpaccio which is a lean dried salted beef and if you’re a beef enthusiast this dish has deep flavour you would love to indulge in. Other dishes include Sardinian Fregola, Sea Bass Milanese and more. The full and meaty consistency of the sea bass along with it’ mild sweet flavour proves to be a delight for fish lovers.
