Customers who love the combination of salty and sweet flavours will be in for a good treat this season! Check out the new dish in Marriott Cafe’s Christmas Menu, the Asian Salt Spiced Turkey with Mandarin Jus – that is roasted to perfection and leaves a refreshing citrus taste in your mouth.

Our definite favourite goes to the luxurious-tasting Coffee Praline Dulcey Yule Log ($68 nett), that is new on the menu! An ingredient that leaves a crisp texture in the midst of the creaminess of the cake, the crispy praline heightened its overall taste.
