From 6th April to 26th May 2018, expect the finest array of fresh and exquisite seafood (such as the Stone Crab Claw, Baby Maroon Lobsters and Langoustine) specially prepared by Chef Kishen at The Square Restaurant in Novotel Clarke Quay!
A live station that whips up Wok Fried Slipper Lobsters on the spot, with choices between the Black Pepper Sauce and Salted Egg sauce. Be in for a good time as its chef whips up hot, piping Wok Fried Slipper Lobsters with your preferred sauce.
We had both the Black Pepper and Salted Egg versions, but our favourite has to go to the Salted Egg Wok Fried Slipper Lobsters for capturing our hearts with its authenticity and creaminess. It’s other all-time favourite dishes such as The Square Signature Chilli Crab and Laksa that certainly do not disappoint!
To conclude our day, we went with a range of desserts specially crafted by its own in-house chef. However, what caught our attention was the Wasabi Butter Cake. While we’d expected a little more punch to its taste, we felt that the Wasabi Butter Cake is something that you might look to try if you’d want something out of the box!
