How Lawry’s reservations work
- Deposit: $50 per person on Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. The booking is confirmed only once the deposit is paid.
- Cancelling: deposits aren’t refundable. Cancel more than 72 hours ahead and the deposit becomes dine-in credit. Within 72 hours, or for a no-show, it’s forfeited.
- Grace period: your table is held for 15 minutes.
- Groups: for more than 10, contact the events team on 6834 9586 (weekdays 10am to 6pm).
Lawry’s set menus and offers
- Weekday signature lunch: $59 per guest, with the Spinning Bowl Salad and a choice of mains. Prime rib is $30 extra.
- 4-course dinner: $139++, Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Weekend brunch: $89++.
- Kids Dine Free on Sundays and 20% off on Steak Lover’s Wednesdays, both until 30 November 2026.

The story of Lawry's The Prime Rib
Lawry's The Prime Rib started out in 1938 as a Beverly Hills dining room that served a single main course, roast prime rib carved beside the table from silver carts. The family-run American brand later licensed its formula across Asia, and its Singapore restaurant opened on Orchard Road in 1999, first in Paragon and later in Mandarin Gallery.
- 1922: Lawrence L. Frank and Walter Van de Kamp co-founded the Tam O'Shanter roadhouse in Los Angeles, their first restaurant together.
- 1938: The pair opened Lawry's The Prime Rib on La Cienega Boulevard in Beverly Hills, offering standing rib roast as its only entree.
- 1996: According to the company, its first restaurant outside the US opened this year, beginning a licensing model that now spans several Asian countries.
- 1999: Lawry's opened in Singapore with a window-side restaurant in Paragon Shopping Centre on Orchard Road.
- 2010: The Singapore restaurant moved from Paragon to level four of Mandarin Gallery, which is still its home.
