Si Chuan Dou Hua is a Sichuan-and-Cantonese restaurant brand run within UOL Group's hotel arm, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and it started out in 1996 inside PARKROYAL on Beach Road. It is known for spicy Sichuan classics and theatrical tea pouring from long-spouted kettles.
