How COLLIN’S reservations work
- In the app: COLLIN’S Rewards FAQ says members can use the app to order from a COLLIN’S restaurant “and even reserve a table”.
- By phone: each card lists the outlet’s number.
- Booking rules: COLLIN’S doesn’t publish an advance window, party size, deposit or time limit. For a big group, call the outlet.
- The right website: COLLIN’S official site is collins.sg. The old collins.com.sg address no longer loads.
COLLIN’S Rewards and birthday perks
The free membership has three tiers. You reach Silver by spending S$120 in 62 days and Gold by spending S$1,000 in 12 months. Silver and Gold members get a 20% off birthday e-voucher and a complimentary birthday treat, both valid only in their birthday month. Details are on the rewards page.
COLLIN’S doesn’t state that it’s halal-certified, and its menu includes pork ribs. Older listings for Jurong Point and Cineleisure Orchard are out of date, since neither is on the official list.

The story of COLLIN'S
COLLIN'S began as a one-man Western food stall in a Geylang coffee shop run by chef Collin Ho. It grew into a mall-based chain known for restaurant-style grills and steaks at accessible prices.
- 2011: Chef Collin Ho opened his first Western food stall, cooking alone in a coffee shop in Geylang.
