Singapore's fine-dining scene is built around the multi-course tasting menu, and its degustation restaurants span three-MICHELIN-star French icons, Nordic and modern-Japanese kitchens, and boundary-pushing Nusantara, Chilean and Indian tables. This guide gathers currently-open, MICHELIN-recognised spots across the island, with indicative prices spanning accessible lunch sets to full evening degustations. Menus, seatings and prices change seasonally, so always reserve ahead and confirm the latest details (and any dietary needs) directly with the restaurant before you go.

Your questions answered
What is a degustation or tasting menu?
A degustation (tasting) menu is a set, multi-course sequence chosen by the kitchen, usually built around seasonal produce and often available with a wine or non-alcoholic pairing. Courses can range from around five to more than ten, and most fine-dining restaurants in Singapore serve this format rather than a-la-carte.
How much does a tasting menu cost in Singapore?
Prices vary widely. Accessible lunch tastings can start from roughly S$60 to S$150++ (for example at Restaurant Fiz, terra, Araya or Marguerite), while flagship dinner degustations at three-star rooms such as Zen or Odette run from around S$450++ to S$620++ per person. Note that '++' means service charge and GST are added on top, and pairings cost extra.
Which Singapore restaurants have three MICHELIN stars?
As of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore, the three-star restaurants are Odette, Les Amis and Zen. The 2026 guide recognised three three-star, nine two-star and 33 one-star restaurants in total, so there are many excellent tasting-menu options below the top tier too.
Are there halal or Muslim-friendly tasting menus?
Options are limited at the fine-dining level. Restaurant Fiz is Muslim-owned and uses no pork, lard or alcohol in its cooking with halal-sourced meats, though it serves alcoholic drinks and is not halal-certified. Most other restaurants here serve pork and/or alcohol, so always confirm your dietary needs and ingredient sourcing directly with the restaurant before booking.
How far ahead should I book, and what should I know before going?
Popular tasting-menu restaurants often release reservations 30 to 60 days ahead and can sell out quickly, so book early and reconfirm. Menus, seatings, opening days and prices change seasonally; many kitchens ask you to set aside 2.5 to 3.5 hours, note dietary restrictions in advance, and observe a smart dress code. Verify the latest details on the restaurant's own channels before you go.
